The Easter Vigil, the greatest and most solemn of solemnities, will be celebrated at St. Vincent’s Tonight at 8 o’clock. It consists of four parts: 1) The Blessing of the Fire, Preparation of the Easter Candle, and Easter Proclamation, 2) The Liturgy of the Word, 3) The Baptismal Liturgy, and 4) The Liturgy of the Eucharist.
Tonight at the Baptismal Liturgy, Fr. Andrew Kemberling, pastor and Mass celebrant, will baptize Reed Dixon a new member of the Catholic Church. He will also be confirmed and receive his first Holy Communion. We welcome and congratulate, Mr. Dixon!
Today, also, the Divine Mercy continues at 3pm and everyday until Divine Mercy Sunday, April 3.
Easter Sunday Masses: 7:30am, 9:30am and 11:30am
Anyone who received the Eucharist at the Easter Vigil may receive Communion again at Mass during the day.
